Kiladangan Cycling training spin this week will be going out on a leisure spin with the North Tipp Wheelers. They will leave Moynans Shop in Nenagh at 9am sharp this Sunday and head 25 km to Ballina with a stop for coffee and scone (make sure to bring a few euro) before cycling back to Moynans. This is a friendly leisure spin at a leisure pace. Its a great chance to get used to group cycling as well as meeting some of the NTWheelers. We would encourage anyone looking to get back on the bike after a winter break or else starting off training this year to join this spin. Its a great way to start off the year cycling.
