Every Step Counts
The Every Step Counts Challenge is back with Kiladangan GAA & Camogie Clubs encouraging all in our community to take part.
The challenge aims to create a healthier Ireland by encouraging people to join together through the club and get out walking over five weeks.
The challenge is a country-wide initiative in partnership with Ireland Lights Up.
It will be hosted on Irish Life’s health and wellbeing app, MyLife, which allows users to record and track their efforts and steps. You can find the app at the following link: https://mylife.irishlife.ie/every-step-counts-2025/toolkit
The club will be running a weekly get together on our walking track in the GAA grounds in Puckane every Tuesday at 7.30 pm for the next number of weeks.
